A dynamic, detail-obsessed designer who solves problems with clean, simple and intuitive design.
I have spent more than fifteen years in digital, from private-sector products to the digital transformation of public institutions, working with multicultural teams in the UK, Belgium and France. My process is user-centred: research first, then sitemaps, journeys, sketches and rapid prototypes that are tested with real people.
Today I combine that craft with automation, data science and AI-assisted development, so ideas move from sketch to working product faster, without losing care for the people using them.
